Where do you ship to?

Our shipments within Europe are primarily handled by FedEx. In special circumstances, we may use other carriers, and you will be informed in advance if this occurs.
The delivery method for your order depends on the size and weight of the items, as well as the shipping option you select.
Postal Office For packages under 20 kg, standard shipping will usually deliver them to the nearest pick-up location. Home delivery may also be available. Please provide your phone number for SMS notifications, as this typically speeds up the processing of your shipment. If no phone number is provided, you will receive a notification by mail. 
Postage Service Used for larger and heavier items. If you live in an apartment, delivery will be made to your doorway. For house deliveries, items will be left at the property boundary, provided access is normal. Deliveries typically occur on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please note that the delivery service does not include set-up or bringing the item inside your home. The courier may contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Which delivery options do you offer?

Before placing your order You’ll find delivery information for each product under the “Shipping &amp; Delivery” tab on the product page. The estimated delivery time for each item is also displayed in your shopping cart.
If the item is in stock, your order is usually dispatched within 2–10 days.
After placing your order Once your purchase is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. It includes the stock status of each item listed under its product name. If there are any delays or changes to your order, we’ll notify you by email.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email. During delivery, the carrier will send updates via email, SMS, or through their app.

All of our shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Norrköping, Sweden. If an item or order is shipped from a different location, such as one of our stores or directly from a supplier, you will be notified if this affects your delivery in any way that requires your attention.

How do I submit a claim?

In our range you will find painstakingly manufactured products, which will last for generations with proper care. Depending on the manufacturing materials and surface treatment, different types of care are required. Many of our products are completely unique and made of living materials such as wood and leather, so always read the instructions and follow the advice on the package leaflet

General care instructions

Duvet covers
Wash your bedding from Newport at 60° Celsius. Avoid using a detergent that contains bleach, except on bedding that is entirely white. You can tumble dry bedding at a low temperature and then iron it at a high temperature setting. Some of the bedding has button closures, so you should be careful not to iron over the buttons or put them through a mangle. It’s a good idea to turn your bedding inside-out prior to washing it. Doing so will reduce the wear and tear on the fabric. To avoid unnecessary wear and tear, we recommend that you do not use a fabric softener.
Faux Fur
Newport’s faux fur products have been manufactured from high quality materials that keep their lovely appearance over a long period of time. But to ensure that they remain soft and beautiful, we recommend that you avoid exposing them to moisture, heat, friction and dirt. If your faux fur product becomes very dirty, we recommend that you only hand it in for dry cleaning. If the fur becomes wet, hang it up to dry. You should never try to speed up the process by tumble drying or using a hair dryer.
Towels
Always use the right dosage of laundry detergent. If you use too much, the detergent will not get thoroughly rinsed out and you may find residue from the detergent on your towels after you have washed them. Avoid using fabric softener, since it negatively impacts the absorbency of the fabric. We recommend that you wash and tumble dry your new towels before using them the first time.
Fisher Island Collection Wash your Fisher Island towels with a detergent that does not contain bleach and at a maximum temperature of 60° Celsius. Tumble dry at medium heat. 
Mayfair Collection Wash your Mayfair towels with a detergent that does not contain bleach and at a maximum temperature of 40° Celsius. Tumble dry at medium heat. 
Beach Towels Wash your beach towels with a detergent that does not contain bleach and at a maximum temperature of 40° Celsius. Tumble dry at medium heat. 
Wool
Wool contains natural oils that are dirt repellent. That’s why you don’t need to wash wool garments very often. If you happen to spill something on your wool garment, be sure to wipe it up quickly so that it doesn’t leave a permanent stain. The best way to do this is with a damp cloth. We recommend that you frequently air out your wool blankets. Do it on day when you have slightly damp weather. Please read and follow the care instructions pertaining to the exact wool blend of your product. We recommend only dry cleaning.
