Which delivery options do you offer?
Our shipments within Europe are primarily handled by FedEx. In special circumstances, we may use other carriers, and you will be informed in advance if this occurs.
The delivery method for your order depends on the size and weight of the items, as well as the shipping option you select.
Postal Office
For packages under 20 kg, standard shipping will usually deliver them to the nearest pick-up location. Home delivery may also be available. Please provide your phone number for SMS notifications, as this typically speeds up the processing of your shipment. If no phone number is provided, you will receive a notification by mail.
Postage Service
Used for larger and heavier items. If you live in an apartment, delivery will be made to your doorway. For house deliveries, items will be left at the property boundary, provided access is normal. Deliveries typically occur on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please note that the delivery service does not include set-up or bringing the item inside your home. The courier may contact you to arrange a delivery time.
