Orders within the EU with an order value of over €69 are shipped free of charge*. If the order value is less than €69, there will be a shipping cost of €8,50. Normal delivery time is 5-15 working days if the item is in stock. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with a new estimated delivery time by e-mail. We reserve the right to any final sale. * A shipping fee of €69 will be added if your order contains furniture or bulky goods.
Care instructions
Viscose rugs should never be washed with water and they must not be dry cleaned. If you spill something or get a stain on your rug, use a dry cotton rag to soak up the excess liquid as quickly as possible, gently stroking in the same direction as the pile of your rug. Do not rub hard, or you will risk having the stain soak in even more. We also recommend that you hand in your rug for impregnation prior to use.
