The Candelstick Bijou is designed by the internationally successful design studio Claesson Koivisto Rune.
”What is the smallest possible mass for a candlestick to stand stable, what is its smallest possible dimensions? And what is the smallest possible design expression? At the same time, Bijou is sculptural in a way that brings to mind larger forms. Two carefully proportioned shapes – a ‘podium’ and a ‘vessel’ – balance each other.
