Product information

Chippendale is a decorative mirror that brings together the classical design of the 18th century with timeless elegance. Its intricately hand-carved frame in a black finish highlights the mirror's distinctive silhouette. The bevelled mirror glass adds an elegant sense of depth and enhances its carefully considered design.

The mirror is inspired by a design dating from around 1753 to 1762 by British furniture designer Thomas Chippendale, celebrated for his distinctive English Rococo aesthetic. The original design is part of the collection at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. With its sculptural form, the mirror makes a refined addition to both traditional and contemporary interiors. Place it in an entrance hall, living room or bedroom to introduce character and a sense of historic elegance.
