Care instructions
To preserve the product's appearance and durability over time, it should be cleaned with mild soap, such as dish soap, and water. Avoid strong cleaners, bleach, ammonia and acidic cleaning products as these can affect the protective surface treatment.
The product is treated with a nano-seal that helps protect the porous surface against stains. Still, wipe up spills as soon as possible, especially oils and acidic liquids, to avoid discoloration.
If the surface is scratched or damaged, a water-based sealer or wax can be reapplied to maintain protection. For outdoor use, a protective cover is recommended in severe weather. The product is tested for temperatures down to -10 °C. At lower temperatures it should be brought indoors or stored in a protected place.
For extra stain protection, an appropriate wax can be used. Always test on a small, less visible area first to ensure the product's appearance is not altered.
